Freight Damage and Return Policy

- We carefully examine and pack each and every product before shipment in order to be certain it is in excellent condition.

- If you receive a damaged product, report the damage to the carrier immediately. Failure to report a damage claim to the carrier in a timely manner may result in a denial of the claim.

- Upon completion of any freight damage claim, contact Classic Construction Images (503) 646-4662 to make arrangements for the return or repair of the product.

- Any product returned to us must be repacked in the original packaging and shipping container. Return freight fees are the responsibility of the customer.
